MyMail

Omada are offering an exciting new package called MyMail

What is MyMail?

When contacting clients via email or handing out your business card, the need to look professional is of the utmost importance. Sending an e-mail from a free mail hosting service such as gmail or webmail looks tacky and very unprofessional.

Having a well designed business card, dragged down with the email saying  john_smith657@gmail.com reflects even worse on you and your company’s reputation.

What MyMail offers you is simple. We take your name, surname and/or company and combine them professionally to your custom needs. You can have multiple email addresses linked to that.

For example:

If your name were John Smith and your company was called Delta Timbers, you could have:

  • john@smith.co.za
  • or john@deltatimbers.co.za
  • or john@d-timbers.co.za

This is the process:

  • You give us your preferred name
  • We check the availability of it.
  • If it’s available, we purchase the domain for you.
  • You are able to add as many addresses on the same domain (your business name) as you want after that

How Much?

  • You pay a once-off setup fee of R200.00.
  • This includes unlimited multiple accounts ie: john@deltatimbers.co.za, jane@deltatimbers.co.za, info@deltatimbers (you get the picture).
  • For only R50.00 per month, we’ll keep it running for a period of 1 year – maintenance included.

After the first year, you can decide to cancel it, or renew it, at a reduced rate.

Unbelievable. We know!
